Do you ever feel
Still as a stone
When all your energy
Has flown?

Though there are things
You want to do
You simply can't
Bring yourself to
Because you just don't
Feel like moving
And you don't see
That improving

Well there's a secret
So take heart
It only takes a
Tiny start

Just as a little drop of lotion
Can make your dry skin smooth
It only takes the smallest motion
To make your body move

So my friend please have no fear
For I promise this is true
That once your body gets in gear
There's nothing you can't do!
