Whether the weather is good
Or whether the weather is bad
Sometimes determines
Whether you feel
Sunny glad or gloomy sad

Storm clouds cast their
Dark gray pall
Very soon
Drops start to fall
From the skies they crash, pell-mell
More slowly, from your eyes, as well

There is a cure
I hope you find
For weathers and whethers
Of every kind

Someone to share
Bad weather days
Of lightning strikes
And foggy haze

And who in days
Of warmest sun
Can make them seem
Even more fun

Yes, friendship is
The weather cure
I tell you this
And it's for sure

For I know
If you stand together
True friends can weather
Any weather
