Butterflies

Butterflies are beautiful
But what about their name?
They seldom fly 'round butter
Which would be a silly game
Instead they tend to flutter by
Lilies and tulips too
It's fun to watch them flutter
By each flower as they do
So when I think about their name
It's seems to me quite clear
That someone made a typo
They should be flutterbyes, my dear!
