Day 167: Rain

Rain

Rain falls down
All over town
It drenches everywhere
It waters trees
And bumblebees
And simply doesn't care

It falls in sheets
Upon the streets
The rooftops
And the lawns
And gives a bath
To each giraffe
And all the little fawns

I love the rain
Though it's a pain
I'm wet from feet to hair
But plants are green
And rainbow's seen
Because rain doesn't care
