Day 204: Help!

I wish I could give an attribution for the story in the middle of the poem, it's not original (only the rhyming form of it is), but I can't remember where I heard it. If anyone knows who wrote the original story, please let me know.

Help!
By Batsheva 6/23/10

We all need some help now and then
Every John or Jane or Jen or Ben
No one can do it all themselves
Whether baking cakes or hanging shelves

~~~~
Now let me share a tale quite swell
'Bout places known as Heaven and Hell
In Hell it seems that folks are faced
With banquet tables beautifully graced
With all the most delicious food
But this does not create good mood
For though the delicacies are there
There's a problem with the silverware
Every fork and spoon is five feet long
And this seems really very wrong
They cannot eat food with their hands
As this is one of Hell's demands
But waiters won't be getting tips
When flatware simply can't reach lips
And so they're starving down in Hell
Tormented by treats they see and smell
And yet in Heaven it's quite sunny
Which you'd expect, though this is funny
The circumstances you'll find there
Are the same
Down to the silverware
There's just one difference you'll discover
In Heaven
They all feed each other
~~~

And so I'll say that when you're stuck
Pride will leave you in the muck
First do your best all on your own
But if you can't solve it alone
Don't be ashamed to give a yelp
And (politely) holler
Help!
