Apples and Honey

You know it's Rosh Hashanah
The start of a new year
And I'm hoping for a sweet one
Full of happiness and cheer
So let's cut up some apples
In honey then we'll dip
I can't wait to taste that sweetness
As it lingers on my lip
Such sweetness is a symbol
Of that for which we pray
A year of yummy goodness
In every single way
