Salmon Patties

I make my salmon patties
In most every shape and size
But their taste is all that matters
To people who are wise
Some are oval
Some are round
Some are rhomboid
Some are square
Some are thick
And some are thin
But one batter
They all share
My salmon patties really are
My cooking claim to fame
For though each one looks different
They're deliciously the same
